Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to some frequently asked questions by our customers

True To You means your ring is genuinely, completely yours. Not chosen from a catalog, not designed by someone else. You shaped it with your own hands, and we cast it in real silver so you can wear something that tells your story. No two rings are ever the same.
You'll receive 3 wax ring blanks in different sizes, a curated set of carving and shaping tools, a ring sizing guide, a prepaid return envelope for your wax ring, and lifetime access to our step-by-step video course. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Because it's handmade.

We do not replicate identical patterns. Surface textures, micro-indentations, and oxidized areas may vary slightly. That's the beauty of handcrafted jewelry.
Sterling silver (925) can develop a natural patina over time. This is normal and doesn't affect quality. To keep your ring looking bright, store it in a dry place, avoid prolonged contact with water or harsh chemicals, and gently polish it with a soft cloth when needed.
Every ring we cast is already custom. It's your design, shaped by your hands from the wax blank. We don't offer pre-designed options or modifications. The whole point is that the ring is 100% yours, created exactly the way you carved it.
Carving takes most people 1 to 3 hours. Once you send your wax ring back to us using the prepaid return envelope, casting and finishing takes around 2 weeks. We'll send you updates along the way.
None at all. The kit is designed specifically for beginners. You have 3 wax blanks to experiment with, a curated set of carving tools, and a step-by-step video course that walks you through everything. Most people finish carving in a single relaxed evening.
It's one of the most personal gifts you can give. The recipient gets to design their own ring. No two are ever alike. We include beautiful gift packaging at no extra cost.
